Healthy Dessert Options:

ReShape Dessert Options Starting in Weeks 1 and 2:

  • Diet Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate or Carnation Hot Chocolate Light.
  • Sugar-Free Jell-O pudding or Sugar-Free Jell-O.
  • 1 single Popcicle, Fudgcicle, or Creamcicle.
  • The Skinny Cow Fat-Free Fudge Bar or The Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich
  • Weight Watchers Smart Ones Pop
  • 1/2 cup berries with 1 tablespoon Fat-Free Reddi-Whip.
  • 1/2 cup berries with 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt with 1/4 ounce shaved dark chocolate on top (This is one of my all time favorites!)
  • 1/2 grapefruit sprinkled with stevia or Splenda
  • 1 ounce dark chocolate (Tip: Go for chocolate that has 60% or more cocoa. ┬áIt’s higher in antioxidants.)
  • Cup of tea with a teaspoon of honey or agave nectar.

Add These Dessert Options Starting in ReShape Week 3:

  • 1 small regular cookie
  • 1 small slice of cake
  • 3 1/2 ounce fat-free pudding snack
  • 3 Hershey’s Kisses
  • 1/2 cup sorbet
  • 1/2 cup Dreyer’s or Edy’s Grand Light Ice Cream
  • 8 ounces fat-free frozen yogurt
  • 1 slice angel food cake with berries
