Hip Hike

Move:

Balance on your right leg and lift your left knee toward your left armpit. As your knee goes up, your left elbow and arm will chop down to meet it. Switch to the other leg. Repeat the move for 30 seconds, then switch to the other side.

Tip:

• As you repeat the move, hike the hip of the moving leg toward the rib cage.
