Chest Opener Seated

Move: Sit or stand tall. Clasp your hands behind your back. Holding your hands or fingers, open your chest by pulling the shoulder blades together, lifting the arms up behind you. Hold the stretch for 20 to 30 seconds.


• Keep your shoulders pressed down. Do not let the shoulders shrug upward during the stretch.

• Squeeze your shoulder blades toward your spine during the stretch.
