Pumpkin Spice Protein ShakeINGREDIENTS:

1/2 C. canned pumpkin

1 serving vanilla protein powder

1 1/2 C. unsweetened almond milk

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp. nutmeg

1/8 tsp. ginger

Ice to thicken

 

DIRECTIONS:

Place all ingredients in blender and whip until smooth. Garnish with pumpkin seeds or cinnamon and enjoy!
