Jogging in Place

Move: As you jog the ball of the foot will land on the floor first and then your heel should drop to the floor.


• Be fluid. Land softly on your feet.

• For more intensity try adding Mountain Climber Arms. As your foot strikes the floor, the same arm drives up high.
