Move: This move can be done with or without a jump rope. If you do not have one, mimic the jump rope move with either a small hop, a small jog, or by skipping. Other variations include using your feet in a crosscountry fashion: one in front of the other as you jump from foot to foot. Or try double jumps: jumping two narrow, two wide, or one foot at a time.
• Land softly. Keep your feet fluid. Land on the ball of your foot and absorb your weight as you lower onto your heel.
