Apple Pie Protein ShakeIngredients:

  • 1 Golden delicious apple (cored and peeled)
  • 1 Scoop (2 Tbsp.) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 C. Almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Almond butter
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. Cardamom (ground)
  • 2 tsp. Omega-3 (Barlean’s)
  • 1/2 C. Ice

Blend together and enjoy!
