1 serving vanilla protein powder

1 pear, sliced

1 C. unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp. vanilla

1/4 tsp. nutmeg

 

DIRECTIONS:

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Add ice to thicken if desired.

Serves 1.
