- 1 cup water, plain almond milk or coconut milk
- 1⁄2 of an apple, chopped
- 1 scoop (2 tablespoons) vanilla protein powder (whey, egg white, or soy)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
Combine almond milk, apple, protein powder, and cinnamon in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. For a thicker shake, use less liquid. For an icier shake, add ice. Serves 1.
