- 1 cup water, plain almond or coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen mango or papaya chunks
- 1 scoop (2 tablespoons) whey vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
Combine almond milk, mango, protein powder, and wheat germ in ablender. Cover and blend until smooth. For a thicker shake, use less liquid. For an icier shake, add ice. Serves 1.
