Red Berry Protein ShakeRed Berry Sunrise Shake

  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries or strawberries
  • 1 scoop (2 tablespoons) vanilla or chocolate protein powder

Directions:

Combine almond milk, berries, and protein powder in blender. Cover and blend until smooth. For a thicker shake, use less liquid. For an icier shake, add ice. Serves 1.
