Power Down/Step Touch and Stick
Move: Starting on both feet, laterally leap to the right, landing on your right foot and absorbing your body weight with your hips and knees. Step back to your left and repeat the leap to the right. As you do the move, twist your torso to the right, reaching out with your arms, sticking the move. Leap 30 seconds to the right and then repeat leaping 30 seconds to the left.
• Land softly from the leap as you stick the move.
