- 1⁄2 cup hot cooked oatmeal
- 1⁄2 cup fresh berries of choice
- 1⁄4 cup chopped toasted almonds
- 1 teaspoon grated orange or lemon zest
Place oatmeal in a cereal bowl. Stir berries, nuts, and zest into hot oatmeal, taking care not to completely break up the berries. Serve hot. Serves 1.
