Egg White Fried RiceDirections:

Toss 1 cup cooked long grain brown rice with scrambled egg whites. Heat and stir in a small skillet with 1⁄2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce and 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese. Serves 2.
