Pico de Gallo
Ingredients:
2 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
Combine tomatoes, cilantro, scallions, and lime juice in a bowl. Season to taste with pepper. Let stand to blend flavors
