Pineapple Salsa

Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients:

  • Pineapple Salsa2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1⁄2 of a jalapeño chile pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1⁄2 of a red onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Directions:

Combine pineapple, chile pepper, onion, and lime juice in a bowl. Let stand to blend flavors.
