Quick-Fix Lunch Plate

Directions:

Place 4 to 5 ounces of cooked meat (chicken, turkey, canned tuna) on a plate. Add 1 or 2 steamed vegetables (broccoli, spinach, asparagus, green beans). Season to taste with freshly ground pepper. Serves 1.
