Quick-Fix Salad

Directions:

Place 3 to 4 cups of any torn salad greens in a bowl. Add 4 to 5 ounces cooked meat (chicken, turkey, canned tuna). Dress with 2 tablespoons low-fat dressing. Season to taste with freshly ground pepper. Serves 1.
