Quinoa
Ingredients:
2 cups water or low-fat chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup quinoa
Directions:
Heat water or broth in a medium saucepan to boiling; stir in quinoa. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes or until quinoa is tender. Let stand for 5 minutes; fluff with a fork and serve. Serves 4.
